Modern Loft in the Heart of ATX | Walk to Zilker Park

I stayed here for the ACL music festival, and I could not have asked for a better location. The property was wonderful, clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The prices go up significantly for ACL, but I guess that’s to be expected.

Excellent! Positive: Lovely Place. Amazing location Negative: The TV is so complicated to work. 2 different channel menus.

We really enjoyed our stay! Super clean and the location is GREAT!

Passable but did not meet our expectations for the cost of the unit , we left the place cleaner than when we entered Positive: Location Negative: Showers very small , did not have shampoo , only body wash in one of the bathrooms , floors were spotty and dirty , not enough linens for 4 day stay

Nice apartment; Great location Positive: Excellent location. 5 min. walking from Barton Springs and Zilker Park; 15 minutes driving to UT Austin. There's a small market place just across the parking The apartment is clean and cosy for a solo travleler or a couple Negative: There's no washing machine in the apartment. Only paid ones in the laundry room. Beside that, it'd be nice to get some capsules for the washing machine rather than having to buy a whole package for a couple of days
